Q + A

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by January 10, 2026 so we can finalize details with our vendors.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony starts at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask you to arrive approximately 15-20 minutes earlier, so you can get settled before the ceremony begins.

I have dietary restrictions. What should I do?

Please add your dietary restrictions in your RSVP form. You can also contact us at anytime and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Is parking provided at the wedding/ceremony site?

Yes! You can park in the Millcroft Inn and Spa parking lot. Upon arrival, head toward the bridge — cross it, and you’ll see the parking area. Once parked, walk back toward the Conference Centre for the ceremony and to the Main Mill for the reception.

Will there be any outdoor activities during the wedding?

Yes and no! The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will all be held indoors. However, we may step outside for a few photos. If you’d like to join us for some fresh air and snapshots, feel free!

Is there a colour guests should avoid wearing?

Yes — we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing champagne beige or white. These are reserved for the wedding party and couple. All other colours are welcome!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony — we kindly ask that you put phones on silent, put cameras away, and be fully present with us in the moment. We’ll be sharing professional photos with everyone afterward. During the reception, however, feel free to snap photos and capture the fun! If you do, we’d love for you to share them with us — your memories mean so much to us.

Can I bring a plus-one?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” you’re welcome to bring someone! Otherwise, we’re keeping it intimate!

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! However, if you’re bringing toddlers or young children, please note that the venue has a limited number of high chairs, so we may not be able to guarantee one for every child. If you plan to bring your little one, kindly let us know in advance—especially if you’d like the venue to provide a kids’ meal or if you plan to bring your own food for them.

What should I do if I have more questions?

Feel free to reach out to us directly with any questions before the big day. If you need anything on the day of the wedding and we're tied up with wedding preparations, please reach out to Adam Sanderson (The Best Man), Mahshad Berjis (The Maid of Honour), or Angelina Ursini (Event manager at the venue)— they’ll be happy to help!
